We deliver across Baalbek province with our own drivers, so you can call us and know exactly where your order is.

Delivery is free on every order over $100.00.
Do not see your village? Call us on +961 71 208 241 — if a driver can reach it, we deliver there.
How long it takes
Once your Whish transfer is confirmed we usually deliver within one to two days inside Baalbek province, and often the same day for nearby villages. We call you before the driver sets off so nobody is knocking on an empty house.
Pickup from the shop
Free, and usually fastest. Choose pickup at checkout, pay by Whish, and collect from Main road, Younine — across from Al-Safir Bakery, Baalbek, Lebanon. Bring your order number.
Checking your order on arrival
Open the box while the driver is still with you. If something is wrong, missing, or damaged, hand it straight back to the driver — that is far easier for everyone than sorting it out later. Only give your handover code once you are happy with what you received.
Returns and warranty
Anything faulty out of the box, we replace. Bring it to the shop, or call us and we will collect it with the next delivery in your area. Manufacturer warranty applies as normal on phones and devices that come with one — keep the box and the receipt. Items that were used, opened without a fault, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
Refunds are sent back to you on Whish, to the same number you paid from.
