How to pay with Whish
We take payment through Whish Money, which most people in Lebanon already use. You send the money yourself from your own app or from any Whish point — nothing is taken from you automatically, and we never ask for card numbers.

Place your order first
Add what you want to the cart and check out. You will get an order number that looks like COREX-1042. Nothing is charged at this point and no card details are asked for.

Open the Whish Money app
Choose Send Money and enter our number exactly as shown on your order page. If you do not use Whish, you can also top up and send from any Whish point across Lebanon.

Send the exact total
Send the full amount shown on your order page, in one transfer. If you send a different amount we have to call you and it slows everything down.

Write your order number in the note
This is the single most important step. The note is how we match your money to your order without phoning you.

Tell us it is done
Press “I sent the money” on your order page and attach a screenshot if you can. We check our Whish wallet, confirm, and start packing.

Always check these details against the ones shown on your own order page before sending anything. If they ever differ, stop and call the shop.
What if I forgot to write my order number?
No problem — press “I sent the money” on your order page and write the name or number you sent from. We will match it manually. It just takes us a little longer.
How long do you hold my items?
24 hours. After that the order expires by itself and the items go back on the shelf for other customers. You can always order again.
Can I pay cash instead?
Online orders are paid by Whish transfer. If you prefer cash, choose pickup and come to the shop in Younine, or call us on +961 71 208 241 and we will arrange it with you directly.
Is my money safe if something is out of stock?
Your items are reserved the moment you order, so this is rare. If it ever happens we call you immediately and either swap the item or send your money back on Whish the same day.
